Terms of service

1. Agreement

By using samanastack.com or engaging Samana Stack for services, you agree to these terms. Where a signed proposal or written scope conflicts with this page, the proposal wins — it is the more specific document.

2. Services

We provide website design and development, landing pages, SEO, Meta and Google Ads management, AI chatbot development, and brand and strategy work. Deliverables, timelines and price are always confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Pricing and payment

• Fixed quotes: The price is agreed in writing before kickoff and does not change unless you approve a change in scope.
• Project work: 50% to begin, 50% on launch.
• Monthly services: Billed at the start of each service month, month to month, cancellable at any time with no penalty or notice period.
• Outside our fee: Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta or Google from your own account. Domain and hosting are paid by you to the provider, in your name.
• Currency: Prices are quoted in USD. We can invoice in GBP or SAR at the day’s rate.

4. Delivery and the 14-day commitment

Standard business websites go live within 14 days of content handover and approval of the copy. If we miss that date for reasons within our control, the remaining balance is waived and you keep the work.

The clock starts when we have everything we asked for on day one. Delays caused by outstanding content, unanswered approvals or third parties pause it, and we will tell you in writing when that happens rather than letting the date quietly slip.

5. Revisions and scope

Each project includes the number of revision rounds set out in the proposal — two for a standard business website. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted and approved in advance. You will never receive an invoice for something you did not agree to first.

6. Ownership and intellectual property

Domains, hosting and advertising accounts are registered in your name from day one, not ours. On full payment, all custom deliverables — design, code and copy — belong to you outright.

Third-party assets such as stock imagery, fonts and plugins remain under their own licences, which we will identify. We may show completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to, and we will never publish your commercial figures without explicit permission.

7. What we need from you

• Content, brand assets and access to any accounts we need, at the point we ask for them.
• A single named person who can approve work.
• Confirmation that you own or are licensed to use anything you supply.

8. Refunds and cancellation

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed written scope and we cannot put it right, you can request a refund at any point before the work goes live. Monthly services can be cancelled at any time with no penalty; the current month is not pro-rated, and nothing further is charged.

9. What we do not promise

We commit to the work, not to a market’s response to it. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, a particular cost per lead, or a given volume of enquiries — anyone who does is guessing with your money. The results shown on this site belong to named clients in their own circumstances and are not a forecast for yours.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion first, and through arbitration if that fails.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to work already agreed under a signed proposal.
