1. Agreement

By accessing samanastack.com or engaging Samana Stack for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Samana Stack provides digital services including website design and development, paid advertising management, SEO, AI chatbot development, and brand strategy. All deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins.

3. Pricing & payment

  • All quotes are fixed and locked before project kickoff.
  • Payment is collected via Payoneer, bank transfer, or other agreed method.
  • For one-time projects, a deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work.
  • Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each service month.

4. Revisions & scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges, quoted and approved in advance.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all custom deliverables (designs, code, copy) are transferred to you. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain under their respective licenses. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refund policy

We offer a money-back guarantee on deliverables that do not meet the agreed scope. Refund requests must be made before the project launches or goes live. Monthly retainers may be canceled at any time with no penalty — no long-term contracts.

7. Limitation of liability

Samana Stack's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through arbitration.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
