Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern the engagement between you ("Client") and Samana Stack ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Muhammad Samana. By purchasing a service or engaging us for project work, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Terms

• All fixed-price services require full payment upfront before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For custom/software development projects exceeding $2,000, we offer a 50% upfront / 50% on delivery split.
• Monthly services (ads management, SEO) are billed at the start of each calendar month. Late payment beyond 7 days may result in service suspension.
• Payments are accepted via Payoneer, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon before project start.

3. Revision Policy

• One round of revisions is included with every fixed-price project at no extra charge.
• A "round" means a single consolidated batch of feedback — not multiple back-and-forth exchanges.
• Additional revision rounds are billed at an agreed hourly or flat rate communicated before the extra work begins.
• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. After this window, changes are treated as new scope.

4. Refund Policy

• If we have not yet started work, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Once work has begun, refunds are not available — we commit to completing the agreed scope.
• For monthly services, you may cancel at the end of any billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
• In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver, we will refund any payment for undelivered work.

5. Intellectual Property & Handover

• Upon full payment, all deliverables become your property — source code, designs, copy, and any other work product.
• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their own licenses which we will communicate during the project.
• We do not claim ownership of your brand assets, content, or data at any stage.

6. Project Timelines

• Estimated timelines are provided before project start and are based on prompt client feedback and content delivery.
• Delays caused by late client feedback, missing assets, or scope changes may extend the timeline accordingly.
• We will communicate any anticipated delays proactively and work to minimize impact.
• If we miss a deadline due to our own capacity, we will prioritize your project to deliver as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. For active engagements, the terms agreed at project start apply for the duration of that project.
